EVERY ADULT and CHILD must register in order to attend the conference, regardless of meal or lodging needs.
You must register whether you attend full time, part-time, or just come for 1 ministry session, group or class.
Space is limited so please register promptly.
Registration will close when capacity is reached.
Most on-site rooms are dormitory style without
private bath. These rooms have bunk beds for multiple occupancy. If necessary, adult couples and families with high school age children may be split to maximize the number of people who can stay on-site. Therefore, please pack your luggage accordingly.
There are some standard rooms with private bath. These rooms are assigned to families with young children, older saints and those with special needs.
Bayview rooms are reserved for older saints and those with special needs. Children are not
lodged in Bayview.
Off-site lodging is available at motels located near the conference grounds. House rentals may be available. Please see Off-Site Lodging
for more information.
will be served buffet-style in the Dining Hall. This meal is provided free of charge. You are encouraged to come for dinner and join the prayer time prior to the evening ministry. Please sign up on the registration form. If needed, please cancel by September 20, 2017.
Classes and activities will be provided for children age 4 through Grade 12. Teachers, craft workers, and supervisors for games and videos are needed. Please check the appropriate line on the registration form if you would like to help.
Nurseries will be provided for infants through 3 years of age. Parental participation is required. Help from others attending the conference will be appreciated. Please check the appropriate line on the registration form if you will use the nursery or if you would like to help.
A few cribs for infants are available for rental. Please check the appropriate box on the registration form. High chairs are provided.
If you must cancel, contact Conference Registration immediately so those on the waiting list can be accommodated.
If you cancel before September 6

Deadline for changes to registration information is September 20.

If staying on-site, please do not
