Important Conference Information

Format: In-person meeting. Messages will be livestreamed. All attendees are expected to attend full-time. Day trip visits cannot be accommodated this year.

Location: Harvey Cedars Bible Conference (12 Cedars Ave, Harvey Cedars, NJ 08008)

Lodging: There are both on-site lodging and off-site lodging options this year. On-site lodging arrangement:

• Families: Each family will stay together in 1 room. While the lodging room is not shared with other families, please assume that the bathroom may be a shared bathroom
• Individuals (those not attending with a family): Individuals should assume that they will be assigned a lodging room and a bathroom that are shared with other individuals

Dining: All attendees are encouraged to have their meals on-site. The costs of all the meals are already included in the conference fees (for both on-site and off-site attendees). Those who prefer to have their meals outdoors or privately may indicate their preference during online registration.

Children’s Ministry: Children’s Ministry, including nursery, will be available on-site.

Registration: Registration will open on Saturday, August 13, 2022 at 9:00 AM EDT.
