Before you begin, please carefully read through the following important changes to the registration process this year.
All in-person attendees are expected to attend full-time. We will not be able to accommodate part-time attendees this year.
EVERY ADULT AND CHILD must register in order to attend the conference in-person. Day trip visits cannot be accommodated this year.
This year, you will only be submitting your request to register through the online registration process. Your registration is NOT confirmed until you receive a separate confirmation email in the next few weeks and have paid the registration fee.
Please register only members of your immediate family and only other people whose conference expenses you will be responsible for under your household. Complete a SEPARATE Registration for each family paying separately.
The registration fee this year is $50 per person (max $150 per family). The registration fee paid may be deducted from the total Conference fees that are due.
Children under 18 years of age MUST be registered by a parent or guardian who is attending the conference. A Parental/Guardian Consent Form is REQUIRED for children who are not accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Please download the Consent Form from the conference website and email the completed form to firstname.lastname@example.org
Cancellations: The deadline for cancellation is September 10, 2023. If you must cancel, please contact Conference Registration (email@example.com) IMMEDIATELY so those in waiting can be accommodated.
