EVERY ADULT AND CHILD must register in order to attend the conference, regardless of meal or lodging needs.
You must register whether you attend full-time, part-time, or just come for 1 ministry session, group, or class.

Space is limited so please register promptly.
Registration will close when capacity is reached.


Registration Instructions:

Please register ONLINE beginning at 9:00 a.m. (EDT) on Saturday, August 12, 2017 using the "Register Online" button below. This button will appear when registration is open.

Step 1: Enter your Family Information (email, address, phone).

Step 2: Enter the Head of Household Information (name, age, meals, lodging, etc).

Step 3: If you are registering for more than 1 person, click on “Add Another Attendee” to enter the information for the next attendee (name, age, meals, lodging, etc).
Repeat Step 3 for each attendee. This information must be entered for each person you wish to register.
– After all attendees in your family are entered, click on “Submit for Review”.

Step 4: Review the information for your family. Make sure the correct name and information for every person in your family is listed.
If needed, make corrections by clicking on the "Edit" buttons.
Then click on the “Submit Registration”. You will then receive your ID number.

Step 5: Pay your registration fee. Your registration is NOT complete until this fee is received.
The registration fee is $20 per person, maximum $60 per family. This registration fee may be applied toward your total conference fees.

Option 2 - Pay Online Using PayPal (This option is available until Saturday, August 26, 2017)
You can access this payment option on the registration confirmation page or via the Online Payment Form.
NOTE: Access to the Online Payment Form requires a valid registration ID # and the email used for registration.


Your registration fee must be received by August 26, or 2 weeks from the day you register. If your fee is not received in 2 weeks, your registration will be CANCELLED and your place will be given to others on the waiting list.


Minors under 18 years of age MUST be registered by a parent or guardian who is attending the conference. A Parental/Guardian Consent Form is REQUIRED for minors who are not accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Please download the Consent Form from the conference website and mail the completed form to the address above.


Cancellations: If you must cancel, please contact Conference Registration IMMEDIATELY so those on the waiting list can be accommodated. If you cancel before September 6, 2017 you may request a refund of the registration fee.


Deadline for changes to registration information is September 20, 2017. In order to provide accurate housing and meal information to the conference facility, and to prepare for the children's classes, all changes to your registration must be made by September 20. Please contact Conference Registration to cancel, or to make housing, meal, or attendee changes. You may not substitute attendees. No changes will be accepted after September 20.
